The biggest plus of Ultimate for me right now is definitely their new <em>\"Research Assistant\"</em> which has several layers and seems to be better for most of my custom prompts. It is also capable of image genration which is one thing that the Assistant was missing that you would get with an OpenAI/Anthropic subscription. If you are mainly looking to use AI for chat, I would say go for it.
